Once youu2019re accepted into the FAME AMT program, you will begin work on a combination education/training program to earn an associateu2019s degree as an Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMT). During the week, you will attend classes at a Richard Bland College and the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing as well as work for a local employer u2013 all while being paid a competitive wage for your work. After five semesters you will have earned an associate degree and two years of work experience.
