Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering (B.S.Env.E.)
About the Program
Environmental engineers are responsible for managing the impacts that humans have on the natural and built environment. They design systems that purify and distribute water; collect, manage and treat wastewater; protect natural ecological environments; control air pollution; clean contaminated sites; provide clean energy; and create sustainable world for future generations. Environmental engineering is truly a multi-disciplinary area of engineering that combines physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, geology, geography, mathematics and public policy.
