Building Bridges connects NextGen Training Academy participants with additional resources to support them in their personal lives.u00a0 Our trainees are family, and we support them like family. We understand that many trainees face challenges outside of job training that impact their well-being. In those moments, Building Bridges is a helpful lifeline that brings resources to trainees. Each weekday, trainees and graduates from our current or past workforce training programs are invited to join the Building Bridges live Zoom session from 9 a.m. u2013 1 p.m. (For more information on how to join the Zoom link, reach out tou00a0infodc@gridalternatives.org.)u00a0 Trainees are invited to meet with GRID Mid-Atlantic instructors via Zoom to discuss career opportunities, personal development, or find support for personal challenges.
