The program prepares students in the fundamentals of building maintenance, building maintenance systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical trades. Building Maintenance candidates will also learn basic customer service and communication skills in the context of the building maintenance industry. As a candidate in the Building Maintenance Program, we emphasize providing our Adult learners with the highest quality of customer service and maintenance services. Adult learners can choose from three certifications: OSHA-10, Flaggers, Entry level carpentry skills, CPR/First Aid. Length of Program: 13 Weeks. Number of Classroom Hours: 352 Hours
