This program is intended to prepare students for careers in the building and construction trades. The General Education courses, in conjunction with specialized courses, provide a broad foundation and sharpen studentsu2019 skills in preparation for entry into or advancement in todayu2019s workplace. This curriculum, following the carpentry area of concentration, provides training, skills, and knowledge that prepares students for employment as carpenters or provides current building and construction professionals with essential carpentry skills.
