Looking for a program that provides entry-level and apprenticeship career options? If so, our National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) HVAC program may be for you. HVAC technicians are also in unique entrepreneurial positions and may choose to own their own Heating and Air Businesses as their expertise grows. There is an increasing need for individuals with installation, maintenance, and repair skills. Graduates will have opportunities for gainful entry-level employment and apprenticeship positions following this workforce course. Students may earn up to four levels of a highly recognized industry credential, NCCER HVAC Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4, by completing both written work online and hands-on work in an open-lab format. Itu2019s possible if a student has intermediate HVAC knowledge and some accomplished industry experience, all four levels may be completed within the first 16 weeks.
