Weu2019ve partnered with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) u2013 Chesapeake Shores to offer a plumbing apprenticeship program. During the day, apprentices work for local plumbing companies and earn while they learn via on-the-job training. In the evening, apprentices are in class. After passing the class, an apprentice can take the journeyman license exam from the Maryland Department of Labor. To participate in these courses, apprentices must be employed by a partnered company and have permission from their supervisor.
